Phil's Wedding Experience:

Phil performed his first wedding as a professional trumpet player in 1984. Since that time, he has performed hundreds of weddings in the Kansas City Area. He has performed a wide variety of music in a variety of wedding venues including - Baker United Methodist Church, Church of the Resurrection, Country Club Christian, Country Club United Methodist, First Baptist of Shawnee, Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Holy Cross, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Holy Trinity Parish, Lenexa Baptist Church, Nativity, Olathe Bible Church, Old Mission United Methodist Church, Our Lady of Sorrows, Park University Memorial Chapel, Prince of Peace, Queen of the Holy Rosary, Redemptorist Church, Rolling Hills Presbyterian, St John’s Church, St. Agnes St. Francis Xavier, St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Mark’s United Methodist, St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, St. Paul, The Loretta, Village Presbyterian, and Visitation Church.

Trumpet and Organ/Piano
Most weddings are played with an organist, but it can definitely work with piano.. The organist/pianist may be hired through the church. If an organist or pianist is needed, Phil can recommend some excellent Kansas City organists/pianists.

Trumpet and String Quartet
Trumpet with string quartet is wonderful for any kind of wedding. It is especially ideal when an organ is not available such as a private home wedding or an outdoor wedding. Contact Phil for recommendations for string quartets.
